    last year o weighed only 135pnds, and now i weigh 170pnds with 12% body fat, and im 15! dang i wonder how much weight i can gain this year lol

    Don't be in such a hurry to gain weight. At 5'8" 174lbs 9% body fat the Marine corp used to continually put me on the extra PT squad because I was overweight by their standard weight charts.
    go take a TaeKwonDo class, the stretching routine they teach you to warm up with will stretch and strengthen all the major muscle groups in your body and help keep you lean and strong if used regularly.
