i'm confused ?

i purchased a set, green bta mated pair black and white orcellas and a anemone crab (hitch hiker) they were inseparable evan through the acclimation but . . . . . . . . . the clowns won't go near the bta and its been 2 days ? please advise i'm starting to think i'm missing a part of the puzzle ,definitely considering they refused to leave the bta till thay hit my tank !!! SO CONFUSED !!

 

Nope totally normal, some times they take to it some times they dont. Being a new tank it might take a week or 3 months its hard to tell. Every pair is different, and once you move them its a crap shoot on how long before they take to it again or at all!

 

Tape a picture of a clowns to your glass that are hosting a nem so your fish can see it. I've heard that helps.

 

i agree. It is normal for that to happen. Although since yours were already hosting it might not take them too long before they go back to it.
mine took 3 months to even look at the anemone as a host.

 

thanks i found it odd they were sleeping on the bottom in a corner this morning when their bta was wide open 10 inches away !!

 

if they wait to long ill bypass the pic and roll up the plasma and play the oceans special LOL !!!!
