I'm going to work at the North Sea Oceanarium for 1 week! :O

Sup everyone,

Today i just wanted to talk about an exciting thing that just happened. Since i'm in 9th grade right now, we have to do some practical working at some place, and we have to search for a place to work for 1 week. Since there was nothing that really interested me other than the ocean, i contacted the North Sea Oceanarium, located in nothern Denmark, which is Nothern Europes biggest aquarium. They even got a 4,6 million liter tank with sharks and ocean sunfish and all kinds of different fish! First, i called them and asked if they wanted me to work there, and first they just said "We do NOT accept practical working from elementary school". But then, i said "Wait, wait, wait... Before you say no, let me explain. I love the ocean, and i even got a saltwater reef myself and other aquariums aswell. I wanna be a marine biologist when i'm adult, and its my dream job. I've always loved all the different ecosystems in the ocean, and even the microscopic life that lives there, which i btw look at under my microscope at home. So can i PLEASE work at the North Sea Oceanarium, or will you atleast give me a chance?" And he said "Okay, you can send us an email or something, just to tell a little bit mroe about yourself and we might consider it." I was like YES! I might have a chance to work out there! I remember going around that public aquarium when i was younger, and just staring at all the fish and having lots of fun. So i decided to step it up a notch. I didnt want to just make an email, so i made a video, Boywithafishtank style. So i edited a video on my channel, which is danish so people cant understand it, but i just told a little bit about myself, and what i know about aquariums, why i wanna be a marine biologist, and why i want to try and work out there for a week. I send it to them, and 2 days later they said "Congratulations, we will accept you working out here in the aquarium department. We expect you to meet 21st October" which was perfect, that was the week that i was going to have the practical working stuff and its my birthday aswell. I'm so excited! I might be able to feed their sharks, ocean sunfish or mackarel and many other fish and maybe also feed coldwater reefs! Its amazing, and their aquariums are gigantic. And best of all, i might be able to meet a marine biologist :O So anyway, i just wanted to share this with you guys, because i'm so excited, especially when they said that they wouldnt accept someone from elementary school in the first place. Its going to be awesome
