Reverse Osmosis De Ionization. There are alot other things that are dagerous in tap water then just chlorine.Chloramines in most areas are also used and are just as deadly. If you are going to use tap water (I wouldn't) then you at least should be adding a water conditioner.

Reverse-Osmosis Distilled Water. Basically purified water.

Just because there is no Chlorine in the water doesn't mean its safe. There are other heavy metals and contaminants in Tap Water that can kill Saltwater fish.

I recommend getting a TDS reader and testing your water before mixing the salt in. If your not getting a 0 reading then you will have issues using it like what your experiencing now.

If you dont want to go to your LFS and fill your water there with either premixed saltwater or with there Ro/DI water and mix your own salt then I recommend getting a RO/DI system RO/DI Water Filter Systems

I would also recommend getting your fish out of that than asap and into safer water or your might loss them. Two Black ocellaris Clowns is something I would cry to lose

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Most bottled water, RO/DI or even DI will be better than tap water.

    Did you add a dechlorinator?

If not my suggestions are use another water source, acclimate to temp and salinity about 30 min and add another power head.
