I bought some copepods online earlier this week, had ups do the 2-3 day shipping.
The company I bought them from sent them to the wrong zipcode... They are now going to sit in a warehouse over the weekend in some unknown town until I get this sorted out... I am afraid of some die off. What do you guys recommend doing? Getting them to ship me a new package, a refund? What's best action here

I would ask for either a refund or a new shipment (assuming that when you receive them that the copepods are dead or in bad shape).

If you can go back to the receipt/invoice and see if you had your zip correct there, than yes, either a refund or another shipment. Choice should be yours. If you accidentally filled out the wrong zip then it will be on you.

Most of the companies that sell pods have good customer service. I would just call them and see what they think.

I had a shipment of pods go to my house in VA beach instead of my house in Woodbridge (where I am now)....
Three and a half weeks later there were still some alive in the bottle......It creeped me out so I tossed them.

They're pretty hardy and it's not super cold or hot this time of year. They may actually make it.
