im looking to get some Reactor Media ?

im looking at the precision marine reactors model 45 . are these good or should i just save a few dollars and go with the two little fishes reactor ? i am doing one with phosphate remover and another one with carbon . Is ROWAphos for phosphates is good for a reactor ? i was leaning towards esv carbon or bulk reef supply carbon . which one should i use and what grade ? also what is a good pump to use for them ..

I've been using Bulk Reef Supply media, their regular GFO and Rox 0.8 carbon. I ahve their reactor, with a Maxijet 1200, and it's turned down nearly completely via the ball valve most of the time.
