    Me again... So do I need halides if I plan on getting an anemone in the future? Or are t5's good enough for a reef tank with an anemone?

    Most would say you just need a quality T5 setup (like Tek). I personally went with 2x250 MH over mine. My temp stays right at 78-80. Just keep your house cool or use a small fan.

    I wouldnt get into a big hurry. I know its hard not to. But you will be way better off by waiting and getting your mh with your t-5. Unless you have a custom built hood and can add them in later. You will want to add other things some time that require the light.
