    Welcome to 3 reef.
    I would look into the t5s instead of pc. I think with a good t5 setup you would be able to keep whatever you wanted, pc will limit you to corals that require less light. for a ten gal, it really shouldn't cost that much more, and in time you will most likely want to upgrade your lighting anyway. cheaper in the long run to just get it now.

    In a 10 gallon tank PCs will be fine for almost anything. Especially 96 watts. Stay away from metal halides with such a small tank you will have boiling water for your noodles tonight.

    t5s are better, but 96watt pcs will be fine. You don't need to order lights asap because you can't put anything in your tank until it has cycled anyway. Spend some time researching fixtures. I will post a few links for you to get started.
