You can upgrade the skimmer later.

I would hold off on the LPS corals, like the brain, trumpet and favia until you are able to upgrade the lighting.

Blennies can be very aggressive towards one another, as well gobies. You will probably have to decide which ones you like the best and limit the different types.

ok im going to do these lights i just wont be able to buy them for a month around the time my tank is done cycling.

If the fixture fits the dimensions of the 90 gallon, it is a much better choice than the T8.

This tank is not a 90 gallon tall right?

Honestly IMO it's an ok lighting fixture (just by reading some about it), you will be able to keep the LPS.
