i am parting ways with my blue hippo tang, 2x yellow hawaiian tang, maroon clown, powder blue tang and my yellow head goby. i decided i would go the wrasse route. love their colors and don't get that big.
so far i have a pair of hawaiian flame wrasse (the male is a super male), six line, lineatus and i am in a lookout for a pair of mysteri wrasse and a labouts wrasse.
excited at the same time sad that i have to part ways with my first livestock :(

When you mean part ways, do you mean your having problems, or just don't like their look anymore? If you are having problems, i would suggest you find out the problem first, then you can dive in for the wrasses. Best wishes! :)

nope, no problems. just looking out for them, it is for their own good. tangs get big and right now they are in a 5" range and rather take them out now rather than later. i only have a 90g with 30g sump so housing those tangs alone is overkill. i plan to trade them at my local fish store or anybody close to me who can read this post can have them for $100.

well the hippo and the yellow tang found a new home :) they are now housed on a 400g tank of a local reefer :)
in return, i was given a pair of true percs which i have now housed on a new 20g long which in time will be another small reef tank. emperor 280 filter and aqua c remora skimmer installed and marineland double bright led. reef capable led lights already on the way. :)

Good luck with the change, kudos on thinking of the welfare of your fish. Sounds like a very active and interesting tank to be.
