I put in an algae clip form my yellowed eye tang I just got and to my surprise my wrasse took the whole clip. Didn't even give the tang a chance!

Wrasses are gluttons and most fish don't share. Good luck with your new fish.

I guess you should make sure the wrasse is full first.

At least you don't have a wrasse AND blue throat triggers. The only difference is that wrasses actually eat most of it. The triggers bore into it and spread it all over the place.

Do you have a yellow eye kole eating from a clip? Mine never eats macros or nori, only film algae.
