I would get a pair of these ...-
    Common Names: Sea Pony

Characteristics: H. fuscus is a small species. Have a similar appearance to H. kuda with a relatively smooth appearance. Colors, like most seahorses can vary, but are often yellow.

Distribution: India, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Eastern Mediterranean.

Habitat: Commonly found shallow in calm waters in sea grass beds and around structures, rocks, etc.

Size: Commonly 3 to 5 inches.

Minimum Tank Size Recommendations: 15 gallons for a pair. 25 to 30 gallons for 2 pairs.

Water Temperature: 72 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit. 22 to 25 degrees Celsius.

    Availability: Sold Out.

While a 20g tank may be considered the minimum for a pair of H. fuscus, it is NOT generally recommended for a pair of H. kuda, H. reidi, or H. erectus or others of their size and larger.
    H. fuscus have NOT been available for some time now on the North American continent, even by seahorsesource.com.
