    I've been reading a lot about these, I purchased a week ago.

    How do you know if it's Australian or indo pacific?

    Has anyone had luck with these?

    The tentacles are short and the rest is somewhat swollen from what I have read this isn't a good thing, any recommendations on what to do would be great

    Water params are good, and everything else is doing great. They have medium grow where they are

    From what I've heard, they prefer slighty dirtier water conditions. I have one as well and it has the same short tentacles as yours. I've read that some say this is due to too much target feeding. Whether that's true or not IDK as I've stopped target feeding mine and nothing has changed. I've also had mine for about a year and a half now this way. I have noticed that mine prefers to be in lower light and lower flow conditions.
