also head good about the remora, I just bought a used one tonight on ebay, looks to be in good shape, had a maxi-jet 1200 pump, and the surface skimmer option which is like 40 bucks extra when new, 150 bucks shipped for it seemed decent...its for my 46 gal. bowfront

    Ha ha ha ;D

I have that same POS and just purchased an AquaC Remora for my 38g. It should arrive in the next day or two. I've heard nothing but good things about the Remora, so obviously that's what I replaced the Seaclone 100 with. You can get them new for around $165, or used for around $90 (which is what I paid). You can get it with the MJ1200, not the Rio800, for only about $5 more.

I had the remora and remora pro, used a mag 3 on the remora pro and mj1200 on the remora. They are indeed good skimmers but for a 65 gallon tank id get a euro reef rs80, i can guarantee it will pull darker thicker skimmate than either remora ever will plus they are around 230 bux i believe. Oh and dont get a bak pak either, had one of them too...sucked, i dont think in the 8 months i had that thing it pulled as much as my remora did in the first week.
