In Wall 250 Gallon Build

I think so....but will see how it all comes together...they are going to put up a rubberized epoxy on the wall on the tank side - like what they use on shower pans...and then paint it. So we will see how that comes out. The guy that is doing all the construction, has been really good in the other areas of the house that he has done, so I have a lot of confidence in him. On another note, my sump is built out, and ready to be hooked up. I am excited to see this all start to come together.

 

any one know how to fix a "security token" error when trying to upload to 3reef?

 

I get that too sometimes, I thought it was a certain moderator out to get me! LOL

 

I know how to fix that. Clear your browser cache, completely quit your browser and reopen - then it will work.

okay, construction is wrapping up. Here are some pictures of the tank...finally. The painters still need to paint the trim, and you can see the room is still not fully complete, but this gives you an idea of what it will finally look like. This is the back wall of our home theater - so it will be really cool when it is done. I also included a picture of what the tank looks like from the side in the storage room. Once the rest of the mess is out of that room, ill post lots of pictures of the mechanics of the system. The plan is to move my 120 over to this tank on Monday - assuming I can make enough salt water by then of course. More details to follow

 

still having upload issues. I cleared my cache...and cookies...and history. Any other ideas?

I work at a flooring store, they recommend this stuff for showers under the tile. Creates a water barrier. Great stuff!

this is a liquid that you basically just roll on and it creates a waterproof barrier. And its clear.

 

well...I still can not upload pictures for some reason. I have tried now from both a Mac and a PC. I am not getting any error messages. Any idea what I need to do? The tank is officially installed and the reef is set up. I am working on automation this weekend. I have a bunch of pictures to share, but cant seem to do so.

 

Somebody help this guy out!! I want to see pics!! I don't know how or I'd help....
