In Wall Cube Tank Build

Hello everyone, I enjoyed all your nice comments on my ADA reef thread. So I've decided to share my new build with you all.

I was looking around my man cave and I felt something was missing, a reef tank! So here are some photos of the build.

Painting the back of the tank. Tanks footprint is 24"x24"x12" roughly 33 Gallons.



Here is my tank beside my 20 gallon sump.



Here is the closet wall that the tank will sit in.

So I will be starting the plumbing for the sump today. Will keep you all updated. Thanks for looking! I will also follow up with an equipment list and a more detailed plan for the tank.

Going to run a mixed reef tank. Sps way up top and lps then zoas pretty much the same as my pico. Who know I may change my mind A.D.D hehe

Did a substrate change so I had to redo my aquascape. It's slightly different. Had to go to the LFS to by more live rock...

 

I forgot. I also picked up my SWC Extreme 160 Cone skimmer. It still needs to break in but this morning it stop filling the cup up with water and is now foaming up real nice! Love the skimmer.
