    ALL of my big tanks are Acrylic- why- Acrylic looks better, even better then starfire glass, how do I know? My 45 is a starfire front- the Acrylic is still clearer- just dont scratch it, if you do- polish it out. ;D

    Lest I mention trying to move a 165 gallon all glass tank vrs a 165 gallon Acrylic tank? Heh- you know how this goes. :)

    My 370G tank was Glass and my new 220 will be glass. So not all big tanks are Acrylic. Marineland make a stock 300G that is glass.
    There is no doubt that Acrylic is far clearer I just can accept how easy it is to scratch.
