Inbetween aquarium and stand

Wouldnt that be really ugly? a pink gap between your aquarium and the stand lol
i guess you could paint it to match

 

I toyed with the idea of foam which over time will get wet and gunky. I went back and forth between plastic feet ( ii.e what you put between a glass top cover and your table or endtable) and 1/4- 1/2" felt discs.
I settled on the felt disks and I placed them 1.5" apart around the periphery of the top of the stand. I am glad I did this as it worked out fine... Not knowing the width of your stand, just know when you purchased the felt ( get the lighter color), you may need to use a BLACK SHARPIE to color around anything hanging over ( approx 1/16" )
