Incredible Shrinking Anenome?

    Lighting is not an issue in this case. I have two anenomes in my 90g with 3.3 watts per gal. My anenomes both hide under my LR in the shade.

    What is happening here is that your clowns are beating it up. Just one clown would be ok but you have two that are just too big for your anenome. Try to keep them away from it for a while and watch it grow.

    We can't really say that lighting is not an issue, especially when we don't even know what kind of anemone the original poster is keeping (or what kind you're keeping for that matter). 2.16 watts of pc lighting per gallon is simply not enough to sustain most anemones that are kept in this hobby IME.

    yeah i have the same problem... but i have my bta under 96 watts in a 12 gallon... anyone find anything else on this?
