    Has anyone order Nori from this site? : : : : Indo-Pacific Sea Farms : : : :

If not, where do you get yours?

I feel like it is kind of expensive but if the quality is that good then it may be worth it. While on the subject of Nori; I refrigerate mine when not using it, but this site recommends that you freeze it. What does everyone do with theirs?

    Thanks!

I've never used their nori so I cannot comment on that.

However, all dessicated food products should be kept in the freezer. I.e. Flake food, pellet food, and freeze-dried fish and coral foods. If you don't have room in the freezer, at a minimum it should be kept in the fridge. The place it should never be is under ones tank stand where the humidity will ruin the nutritional value. Also, never put ones fingers into the food jar when wet. Many vitamins, but in particular Vitamin C, are not very stable and improper storage will destroy these vitamins. This is the reason most people soak their foods in vitamins and HUFAs prior to feeding....even with foods that are fortified with vitamins.

Good to know about the freezer. Looks like I'll be buying some new flakes then too because I def. stuck my wet fingers in there before =/. I have selcon solution so I usually put some on the nori/flakes/pellets/and brine before I put it into the tank every 3 days. Thanks for the advice!
