    I tried looking around and doing a search to no avail. I've never seen anything like 'em. My LFS guru said it's probably stinging hydroids.

    Here's a couple of pics, but they're blurry.

    Here's another one. The culprits are in color.

    Here's a better description.... They kind of look like white flowers on top of stalks with long tentacles that wave in the water flow.

    If my LFS guy is correct, is this what is stressing out my Tang?

    what you describe could be hydroids but i need a better pic.

    i'm still a firm believer that tank size is stressing ur tang but that could be an issue too.

    ^^^ Those look like really large versions. These are really small and have the same tentacle looking things on the ends.

    I tried taking several pictures, but those are the best. I'll try to take more.
