    I've never soaked it in anything. I use frozen cubes and rinse them with RO water before putting it into the tank. Any suggestions about what to soak it in?

    ya you can soak it in this garlic rinse stuff i dont know the name of it but im sure others will

    Try substituting that brine with mysis, it's way more nutritious. Mix it half and half with the brine until she's taking the mysis. Brine shrimp are like potato chips, cake, and candy.. yummy. Anyways. Just a day ago my mandarin accepted pellets. I was floored. She eats them off the sand bed. 8)

    soak them in kents garlic extreme and selcon. that would help wit hte brine.

    little bit more information about adding copepods to your tank- do it at night when the lights are off. other fish will eat copepods even if you dont have a mandarin. i added some pods from my POD farm and my clown fish and damsel ate more than half of them before they could even make it to the rocks. infact they would pick them off the glass if they saw one

    You will also want to turn your filters off to give them a chance to get down in to the rocks.
