so i thought id post a pic of the palys that were over run with flat worms! I havent seen anymore worms on the palys since i blasted them off with a turkey baster, but the polyps look sick! Few are opening and some are still closed. I was wondering if there is anything i should be doing to help it recover faster?

    Iodine dip might help.

did you do anything to treat the flatworms other then turkey baste them? If it was flatworms they are still there and eggs are hatching! Also are you sure they are flatworms and not zoa eating nudis? I never ever add zoa/poly without doing fw dipping them.
Either way if you saw either one on the coral then you are going to need to dose the tank because they are other places. If it is zoa eatiing nudis your other zoas are infected, if it is flatworms then your other corals/tank is infested.

i cut back my feeding of frozen foods, like rods and frozen mysis! I got a yellow coris wrasse to help with the flatworms, but i think he died, got eaten or jumped out of the tank cuz i havent seen him since he went in the tank? The flatworms have definately dropped in numbers! I have to really look for them now. I can usually find one or two when the lights are on. Pretty sure they are flatworms cuz they are the shape of a rounded arrow head. None of my other palys or zoas seem bothered, just these! Kinda confused on what to do with the palys! I think the problem with the flatworms is out of the "red alert" zone! I just want my "killer" palys to recover?

When did you get the wrasse? They can hide for a week or more before coming out.

Just keep your water quality up and the palys will come around, be patient.

About all you can do has already been mentioned imo. Give them a bath in Coralrx or Iodine. Then watch and be patient.

so i purchased another yellow coris wrasse to help in the flatworm fight! this one is very active and is scanning the entire reef! I must say that since i added him, i am seeing less and less flatworms! I can maybe find one now, on a stray polyp! The wrasse seems to be happy, although at first my royal gramma wasnt please with his presence! They now pretty much avoid each other. I also hope that the wrasse will survive in my 30gal tank?
