    Greetings all.

I've just purchased a IM Nuvo Mini 38 tank.
As this is my first marine tank venture I've enlisted some help from a professional to get things up and going..
He's advising getting a protein skimmer and a reactor.
I'm going to get the IM models, but in the reactor will not fit width wise in the heater column. Can I put the reactor in the return pump column and still achieve success with the reactor
I'll be using an auto top off system.

    Thanks in advance!

I am not familiar with the Nuvo tanks, nor their skimmer or reactor. However, you could always get an external reactor such as a Phosban 150. Run it with a Maxi-jet 600 pump if you can fit it inside one of the chambers and you are good to go.

Congratulations on the new tank. I have seen a couple on the forums and they are very nice.
