You'll need two Hydra Prime, or one Hydra 52.

I have the Hydra 52 on a 20, coverage is good but not great. I do not think one Hydra 26 will give you the coverage you really want long term.

Tunze Doc 9001 is what I run and I am very happy with it. The Tunze Doc 9002 is another excellent skimmer but they do not make anymore, you can find used ones pretty easily.

I would go with the Radion and the 30. Make sure the fixture is not a resold one with issues though.

Tunze 3155 or 3152 either 1 will work have both but prefer the 3155 because of the added failover and sensor. 3155 also has a flow adjustment knob inside the controller.

If you ever intend on running kalk reactor off the ATO go with the 3155. You will find the flow adjustment useful
