Has anyone tried it and succeeded? If not, how long did you last? What were your experiences? I'm only on day two and I'm barely clinging to life lol

ive done p90x...which was a lot like hell i would imagine. they look pretty similar to me, a lil more cardio in insanity, but thats about it from what i see on tv. just keep to your schedule and whatever diet regiment you need to be on....seriously keep to it. its more diet than the workout and after about a 3 weeks to a month it'll be 1000% easier to do.

Yeah I heard p90x was pretty intense. What were your results? Were you trying to gain muscle, lose weight, or both? And thanks. I'll definitely try to keep going :)

I got awesome results. Not completely cut the hell up like the ppl they used on tv. but thats just because there are certain things i couldn't work around regarding the diet and my work schedule. but i followed about 75% of it and i'm happy with my personal results. my sister did it like 100% on point and ***** she did get cut up lol

Please remember that this is a family site and don't try to trick the profanity sensor. Thanks.

kudos to you Cam for working out! The more intense the workout, it does gradually get easier although it doesn't seem like it will! If you stick to it, I'll bet the ladies aren't going to recognize their classmate :)

Thanks. I'm pushing myself to finish it :) None of my friends have been able to finish, so I want to be the first :p

Making goals and sticking to it is critical! That's a great goal - to be the first to finish it! Stick to it - you can do it!!

My gf waned it for her b-day, I set it all up downstairs awesome mats hanging flat screen whole shebang. She did it for maybe 2 weeks and now it collects dust. What a waste I should send her an invoice

I did a few, if you stick with it results should be good.
