Will do ;) And thanks for the support!

Yeah it definitely seems like a pretty tough workout. Maybe she'll decide to try it again sometime :p

Cam, cool to see that you are making changes. I'm currently on a ketogenic diet and have lost 14 lbs in 17 days, without working out. I'm going to start working out a month into keto

another thought Cam - it's good to do before pictures and at intervals along the way - obviously keep them to urself :) sometimes you don't notice gradual changes since you see yourself everyday.

My wife started this last week. Good luck to anyone who does this. I've done P90X before, and am beginning again next week now that my out of town work schedule has slowed...but beer and football are my enemies. I have a destroyed knee and a back that needs surgery, so I will never do Insanity...but more power to those that do.

Let me know how that works out for her. I made it the first week and I need to take a few days off because I've been getting some massive migraines. I even had to stay home from school it got so bad. I was told that it was either not enough water or not enough calories, but I'm drinking about 1.5-2 gallons of water a day (not water loading, just thirsty lol) and I'm also consuming about 2,500 calories a day. I'm just not sure what the problem is

I've managed to gain 2 pounds, but I'm pretty sure it's muscle haha. Need to take a break, though :-/ I explained in my last post.

I don't think it would be water unless it's too much. 2 gallons of water a day is a whole lot. 2500 calories a day, doing this workout, at your age isn't very much. You may want to think of upping your caloric intake a bit with a protein shake. I enjoy my protein shakes with some heavy cream to increase the fat content. (my diet is based on high fat, low carbs)
