Well it all started with a little thing called... fishy fishy when i was a little fella. Having a small betta in a little hex with a small light. Then bumped up to 10 gallon goldfish tank and all went up/downhill from there. LOL... Now my interest in saltwater tanks has turned into a true obsession! IS this good or bad? lol.... I notice myself waking up and hoping the lights are on. Observing and feeding the little guys and knowing today is going to be a great day. All during the day im reading through endless threads on here observing and learning as much as I possibly can! Then i catch myself going to sleep wondering whats going to go on tommorrow... I LOVE IT!!! Just thought you guys would wanna hear a crazy guys interest on this little hobby called saltwater reef tanks!!!

I totally 100% feel the pain. sit on 3reef for 10 hours a day at work, go home and sit in front of my tank and talk to the woman about some new coral, etc.
Totally addicted. If I get this new job, a larger tank is in order. I have already warned the woman.

this is definitely addicting. I knew I was in for it when I was on the beach for spring break with tons of beautiful college girls everywhere and I missed my reef.

I had no idea how addicting this was! I do have a new interest in natural reefs and our ocean system and living in SW Fla. I have plenty of opportunity for education. I also spend a lot of time researching in these forum threads. I am absolutely fascinated and so glad I stumbled into this hobby!!!

Well, I tell ya. You can tell I am always on. I had never done a forum before. Now I've been here almost year with over 3500 posts. Kinda blows me away. But, hey, that's OK. We have to have something to do. Something to spend our money on. Something to do with our time. I love it as well. Rock on guys and dolls.

Idle hands are a devils playground is what I say.. at least that's how I justify all the tinkering :p
