    This is from yahoo, seen it on my front page a little while ago. Living fossils, organisms that havent changed in millions of years.

    There a quite a few aquatic species on there, some we should be somewhat familiar with.

    Watch the videos too, pretty amazing stuff.

    Very cool. That shark is by far the coolest IMO. I like that one. The mantis shrimp surprised me. I think I need a species tank soon with one of these.

    Good luck with that, you might want to do some research on them first. I did a little search on the mantis shrimp after I read that article. They will pretty much destroy anything, and it sounds like they could possibly rip your fingers off- I would hate to put my hand in that tank.

    I also heard that they can become strong enough to shatter an aquarium glass with a single shot at it with its claws or pinchers or whatever.

    Kind of interesting but I hope you have some thick glass to contain one of those.
