Im looking for a very interesting fish to cap off my reef. I want something unusual, but not too difficult to keep. Its going to be in my 90 by the way. Also, Im not looking to spend hundreds. If such a fish exists or you have suggestions, all take all sorts. Thanks in advance. Karma if someone finds a winner ;D

The two I have that I like:
Copperband butterfly. Don't see to many of them in reef tanks. Reef safe as long as you don't have ornamental fan worms. Not expensive but a difficult fish.

Blue Jaw Trigger. So far mine has been very active and personable. GREAT looking fish, and very easy to keep. Not too expensive either.

Hi, let's start over, from the beginning. No suggestions can be made until we know what is in the tank now, all the way down to inverts. Post that and then a more appropriate suggestion can be made.

Ah, of course, my mistake. There are various small gobies, ornamental shrimp such as fire shrimp and skunks, a yellow tang, a fiji foxface, a christmas wrasse, royal gramma, various corals softies, LPS, SPS, snails, hermits, and a few others. It is a very mixed community reef so the lionfish, triggers, files wouldn't work. If it weren't for the yellow tang I would love a sailfin.

In my very experienced opinion, I would not add anything to the tank. I have read countless times (and have done it too many times) adding "just one more" fish to you know "cap off the tank" and when you add that last fish, BAM, all heck breaks loose!!
If it isn't an ich outbreak it's territorial disputes etc. I know you don't want to here it but I say forget a fish and get another nice coral.

Thats not a bad thing to hear at all, but a very good point. The fiji foxface is pretty unique in itself.

If you want something neat and unique to add and have the avalibility to spend hundreds I personally would add a black tang I have been able to get them for around 300 from a friend in hawaii. They retail for around 500.
