So this isn't anything alarming, just amusing. For a few days now I've seen a slow buildup of strands of chaeto in this small hole in my LR a good distance from the chaeto and in strong current so I've been wondering how it's getting there. This morning I saw my lil Royal Gramma with a mouthful from the big bush swim over and shove it in there. Pretty fun to watch him, although I don't know why he's doing that. I'm pretty sure that's its favorite spot to sleep so I guess he just wants something more camouflaged. Just thought I'd share one of his little hi-jinks :)

gotta love the hijinks AND some shenanigans thrown in for good measure.

Any chance of a pic of the 'lil rascal and his camo?

I have crappy cell phone pics but you cant see him all that well. I'll coax him out to try and get a better shot. I cant find my cameras memory card for the life of me. It makes things harder that he hangs out on the side of the tank thats scratched up so I hid it next to the wall.

That might explain why I have green stuff growing in the rocks where my royal gramma resides.:cheesy:

Sorry for pic quality its a cell phone

Here's the little culprit. In the hole on the right of the big rock you can see some of the Chaeto packed in there

Just for good measure more crappy quality pics of the rest of the gang ;D

Spotted Hawkfish. By far the easiest to photograph

    Onyx the clownfish

    One more of the Gramma

The elusive Coral Beauty. I have sat there for an hour trying to get a better pic but its very shy and never stands still. Dont ask me why they like this side of the tank either. This pic does it no justice. Very vibrant blue color and equal coloring of yellow and orange

The whole messy tank. Sorry for the gross Cyano and Diatoms, I have been more concerned with getting the system stable than worrying about looks up til now. Cyano was worse but I've been cutting back on it

Hopefully I get a better bunch of shots and find my memory card for the other camera.
