I was just wondering if anyone has any good stories to share about receiving your online orders for livestock, aquarium equipment etc.... Waiting on a package can be pretty intense and also nerve wrecking....What's your story?????? ;D

Same here my Fed Ex dude asks me every time if i have an ocean in my house....I always say just a small one...LOL. My UPS dude is a drag, he doesn't even speak, sad individual IMO.

I got my fed-ex person moved to another route because on 2 occasions where I ordered live coral she was not doing her job.. I live in a large condo complex and instead of her bringing up heavy packages from the truck she would lazily walk by all the doors and leave a slip saying "not home" pick up package at fed-ex shipping center. Well I was home both times and she didnt even ring the doorbell.. Lets just say, I didnt make it to the fed-ex location before they closed and my corals died sitting in the bag there overnight.. The second time I opened the box at the store and let the manager see the reciept of my purchase and my dead corals. She almost got fired, but instead moved to a neighborhood where she has to walk stuff to the door. I got reimbursed, and have never had a problem with fed-ex ever again. Actually I will say that they are still my favorite carrier.

I agree with you Bama. I get all my stuff on time from Fed Ex but UPS is another story...... Right now I'm waiting on a Refugium from ADHI that was supposed to be at my door yesterday....well right at about 4:00 yesterday they updated the status of my Fuge and said it was in Nashville and would not arrive until Monday. Boy I am steemed at this carrier. Oh well Monday will be a mini Christmas>>>>>

Wow, it's quite the opposite for me. I hate Fed-Ex. UPS always does good for me. And DHL - they were just a joke glad they went away.

I had a UPS package come from Kansas once, it was an overnight one too. The first stop was in Springfield, MO, then to Louisville, KY, then to St. Louis, MO, and then finally to Rolla, MO. It did this all in one night and somehow was delivered on time.

DHL has not completely gone away. There are a few companies who they still deliver domestically for but they still do int'l shipping.

Ha, you're kidding me right!? You don't think that package gets thrown around? Maybe the guy who brings it to your door doesn't but i'm sure they aren't all like him.
