    Thanks, does anyone know about when I should put in live rock and when i should let the little critters in like snails and crabs?

    I would wait on the CUC at least until you finish the cycle and get some livestock.. Otherwise they may starve! With a very small tank, i doubt you'll even need much... Test Test test those parameters!

    Thanks guys, sorry to bust the thread but the closest store i can buy live rock is a petco. I am not much for them but it is like 11$ for one two lb rock is that good or bad?

    I was asking where you live b/c you can get snails and hermit crabs from the beach if you know where and what to look for. And its free. I know that Wareagle lives in Alabama, you may want to PM him and ask him where does he gets his inverts from. Luna
