    I'd say go w the 4s, With the new IOS Siri is highly upgraded and many tweaks were used to correct previous flaws. I Siri is something you are using as a plus or minus to buy them.

    Yes, it was officially released yesterday by Apple. :)

    For me, Siri would be a plus. But I guess the question is would I really use it. Right now I just have everything on Google Cal. and I get updates on my droid. But Apple has their own version of that already. Siri is just in addition to it.

    Being in college, I know a lot of iPhone users...not sure I know anyone with the 4S though.

    You can integrate your google calendar easily. I have mine all on google calendar and it works great still.

    I would go with the 5 simply because the processor is much more powerfull than the 4 & 4s. New apps are going to be larger and larger and you will eventually need that extra processing power. In 1 year you will have a 3.5 year old phone (iphone4) or a 2 year old phone (iphone4s) and still have 1 more year until you can get a subsidized replacement. That is a long time in tech years.
