    Is their an app that is like sim city where you could input all your tank parameters including water test results along with livestock and it simulate the tank and give you scenarios? I'd buy it.

    there are quite a few helpful apps. i dont know the specific one you are referencing to tho.
    some pretty cool ones that will help you chart your tank and various other goodies
