Just spent some time catching up on this thread, I'm suscribed now! Good work Iraf! Hopefully I will have a 125 build thread in the next year or two!

Glad you added some pics, I think taking pics of the tank even through an algae bloom is a good thing, let's people know what to expect. It's nothing to be ashamed of, just a part of the deal. Maybe it can be used as a "teaching aide" to newbies that get all tore up over a little "new tank algae!" Keep up the good work and keep this posted (with pics!)! Karma for all the hard work, you deserve it at this point!!

There is alot of bubbles on both sides of the return, honestly I'm not sweating it I just put the outlets to high and its happening because of the way the water is hitting the side of the tank and falling back down, I'm not getting any bubbling at all in the DT so I'm not going to worry about it unless I start having issues

Thank you, for the karma and the nice words this was a ton of work and now it looks like I'm going to be setting up a 2nd near identical rig for my wife's boss basically exactly the same except it will be a 90g on a custom stand/canopy and retrofit tek t5's with no calc reactor

Heck all the bubbles do is help add oxygen to the tank so as long as they aren't hitting the DT I would let them be, a free airstone WOOHOO!!

The least I could do! Good luck with the new one also, wish someone would pay me to hook them up with a tank! REEFERS DREAM!

Looks good Iraf. That brown algae looks like what I got for a couple weeks. Clean up crew took care of it. Can't wait to see those tangs in there. ;D
