It's pretty simple actually I have pics posted of the entire setup from top to bottom in this thread.
water drains from the tank and gets split between the sump and fuge, fuge having a dsb with mangroves chaeto and some other macros.
return is plumbed from a mag18 into a manifold I made with some ball valves and barbed fittings that feed the PO4 reactor and CA reactor that set off to the side in the stand the CO2 tank sits beside the tank between the wall and tank.

I had a question about your aquarium. When its drilled with 2 holes. Were does the water from the second hole go. Does that go to ur calcium and phosphate reactor? And if yes are those lines just droped into the sump? or are they allso routed with the pvc. Sorry just very interested.

Another good idea if you are thinking about drilling a tank is to drill a couple extra holes and put a plug in them. Then if you want to add something else down the road it is no problem, hook it up and pull the plug!

Hope you get everything calmed down in the tank Iraf!

That's a good idea. Is it better for quality to the glass to have as less holes as possible?

Iraf i dont get it. Do you pump the return right back into the overflow box?. Is there something that connects to the outher drill hole and brings that to the surface?

I wouldn't think you would want it to look like swiss cheese but I know people that have at least 7 or 8 holes in there tanks, with 2 plugged ones for anything they might deem necessary in the future.

the drain and return are both in the overflow yes the overflow goes from the surface all the way to the bottom in the back left corner of the tank, the 2 reactors just get dumped into the sump

Gah, why'd you have to say that? Those words are the magic words that subconsciously force anyone to look at all of your pics again. Which I did. Grrrr :D :D
