Update.
it looks as if the eye is about to make land fall in morhead city NC.
thats slightly east of last nights track and should stay on the east side of my location.
it has rained all night here and we have got a little less then 2 inches so far, the breeze is starting to pick up some, no power problems as of yet.

 

So far so good. I am still wishing the best for you and your family.

 

Keeping an eye on you mom and dad. Look like it declining real quick now. My thoughts are with you guys.

 

we'll probably feel in in the mountains of NC, hope the OBX doesn't get too torn up, and anyone out there with tanks, good luck - my tank would be screwed

Wind is starting to pick up some here,
and we have 2 1/2 inches of rain so far ,
no power problems as of yet.

Just took a look around out side,
so far just a few branches down,
the wind gusts are starting to pick up, and my out door pond is overflowing i guess its getting a free water change,
Ooooooooops. just had our first power flash. i turned off all unneeded stuff at the tank skimmer, reactor, heater,at this time only left the main pump and power heads running.

 

would hate to see you lose your awesome setup, its like you have a man reef-cave
