First off, what size tank is this? I kept mushrooms in a 29 gal with 60W of PC lighting.

If my conversion is correct, your 60 liter is about 15-20 gal. correct? There is no way you need 150 watts. For what you want, 48 watt is ample. A mix of actinic and daylight.

IMO you'd need at least 3watts per gallon. I know nothing about t8's so I can't suggest anything to help you there.
I would suggest you look into buying a good T5HO 4x39W fixture. You'll be able to keep any soft corals. With high quality bulbs and individual reflectors you'd be able to keep most LPS and depending on the depth of your tank and flow some SPS later on. Another advantage to T5 is more bulbs in less space and a way more options and variety in bulb choice.
