is a 48 inch light enough for a 60 inch tank?

    Just like the title says, is a 48 inch light enough for a 60 inch long tank??? Im looking at T5's with 250 watt MH's.

    You will have dark areas on each side of the tank. Might look funny but if you keep all the corals in the middle you might be ok. I would try and look for a 60" one.
