I want to add a fuge to my 90g. I'm going to have to build a bigger stand to do what I want. 55g tanks are around, but seem too skinny. I've seen 75gs available on Craigs list. I would have plenty of room. It is as tall as a 55g. However, I would have to build a stand big enough to accomodate it under my 90g. With enough verical to make it right. (which would be the same as a 55g)

So, build a stand big enough??? I also thought about a ATO tank, but that would need more room. Don't see that changing with a 55g either though.

The only other option is to build a custom sump/fuge.

The other point being is that anything would only be about half full. So I'm only adding another 30-40 gallons of system volume, which does not seem excessive to me.

    Suggestions???

Does anyone have pics of their 75g sump/fuges. Just curious about setup and where you have it.

I've seen yours before, but forgot about your dimensions.

    Thanks.

Just out of curiousity, how much did your sump cost you. I have not ruled out building my own. Even if I get a tank, I still need to build the sump/fuge in it. Have no idea how much glass costs.

Hey Luna, on a side note, do you think my EV-120/Mag7 will be good enough for my 90g and 55-75g sump. I've wondered if I would have to move to a 180.

The custom tank was $250 with all the dividers and bulkhead included.

I dont remember what the EV 120 was rated for, but I got the 180 b/c of the custom sump/refug. Luna
