I like bristleworms. Their population is self-regulating and they are great detrivores.

Many flatworms are harmless and only eat copepods. Some flatworms can kill corals by covering them and have toxins.

your kidding right? I have been stung many times in our three tanks. its my fault for not wearing gloves but they feel like a bee sting. I actually have seen the spikes in my finger after. Go get some sea worms for deep sea fishing and grap them. Tell me how good it is to hook them for fishing haha

I've picked up bristle worms plenty of times and I've never gotten stung. I stick my hands in my tank and have touched everything and never gotten stung.

If you go from the back to the front then you might have a better chance of getting it. They usually curl up and put spikes out and this is where I have got it. If not I have seen deep sea fishing that they worms will make there spikes go out the side of them and make it impossible to get near them. I use gloves in my tank and for fishing also.
