is carbon ok with lps and soft corals

    Allot of people run it 24 7 and other will run it for a month and then stop for a month and go on for month and you get where im going. I run it 24/7 in my 150 fresh and in my 220 salt

    you do need to rince it I use ro/di water and recomend that. If you dont then you can burn the fish in the tank so rince it and then put it in.

    you will notice if you dont wash it before you put it in, your tank will start to become sort of cloudy
    but with a grey tint
    thats why you wash it to get rid of all the small well i guess carbon "dust" you could say

    I also run it 24/7 and make sure to wash it before hand.
