    I'd say yes, as long as Ammonia and Nitrite are consistently showing zero, and your nitrate has lowered as well. YAY!

    If it is which I really hope so what is the first thing to add, i should remind its just a 3 gallon tank, so a hardy coral,cuc, or the cleaner shrimp, the only fish
