Is devcon 5 minute epoxy reef safe?

I wanted to use this stuff to glue some ceramic rocks together. I wanna make sure its reef safe first.

I havent personally used it, but I imagine it is probably fine so long as it cures outside of your water.

Does it say anything about ingredients in the package, you could probably compare it to the known safe ones

 

Honestly why take the chance over $5 epoxy?

 

What are the known safe ones?

I was told that any 5 minute epoxy should be ok so i bought this one as it is the only one available at osh. It says contains epoxy resin and polymercaptan amines.

Says after curing it is not hazardous in that link.

I don't know about other stuff and some people might say this is no good ether, but I read it was good and have had no problems so far.
