Is ir just me, or do skimmers produce NO micro bubbles after a WC?

    Like the thread title suggests.

I know my skimmer is working well, but no good head/microbubbles just after a 10-15% WC?

My aquaC looses its head after a water change or a feeding. It still has micro bubbles but theres no sign of foam for an hour or so

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
New water increases the water tension and microbubbles are not able to form as readily.

Also if you feed oils and proteins change the water tension for short periods of time, same thing happens when you stick your hand in the tank and oils from your skin are introduced.
