I came home today and saw my frogspawn frag had its moth open wide and long clear stringy stuff coming out of it. Is it ok?

    Probably just expelling waste, normal.

There is quite a bit of reasons that frogspawn (and other corals) open their mouth and release stuff. Sometimes, it is to expel waste. Other times it is because they are stressed out. Stressors may come from falling, getting moved around too much, getting stung, or too much light if they are transitioning from a low light tank to a high light tank.

Also, what color was the stuff coming out of the mouth? Was it brown, or smoke looking?

It was a clearish white color.
