Is it good to feed your fish different fish foods or just the flakes?

    Fairly new at Salt still but for the fresh tanks here I alternate between flake, NLS, froxens, pelets, raw veggies etc..

    Salt tank has it's own Marine Flake, Marine NLS, and Frozens. Flake each morning with the NLS in the evening swapped to frozen twice a week as a treat.
