    A few micro bubbles could make it through depending on the flowrate. Also you could have micro bubbles from a leak in the pvc right before a pump, If the pump is powerful enough and isn't getting enough water, it will actually suck air in through the loose connection instead of water coming out.

    a baffle will make the microbubble rise up to the surface.
