Is my cleaner shrimp pregnant?

This is so strange, i only have one shrimp and she looks to be pregnant! I guess she couldn't resist that sexy shrimp haha.

 

Yes it appears that it is. Do you have 2 cleaners? The fry will not survive and when they hatch it will be a feeding frenzy of live food

 

no i don't that's why im so confused. I have had this shrimp for about 5 months too so it didn't get knocked up from the LFS. Do they just randomly produce eggs?

 

They have been known to change sex or he shrimp was originally pregnant and you didn't see it at first or she was at an early stage.

Shrimp can be both sexes and impregnate themselves.
